Welcome to Soulcraft Psych
I’m glad you found your way here. Now let’s get real.
Life can be messy. Brains are complicated. And sometimes, despite all your best efforts (and maybe a few too many self-help podcasts), something still feels off. That’s where I come in.
At Soulcraft Psych, I’m not here to put a label on you and call it a day. I’m here to walk with you—through the heavy stuff, the weird stuff, the “why am I like this?” spirals—and help you build something solid from it. Something real. Something yours.
Whether you’re navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or just the crushing weight of being a person, I offer psychiatric care that’s compassionate, grounded, and actually cares about who you are—not just your symptoms.
Why Soulcraft Psych?
No Cookie-Cutter Stuff: Your story matters. I’ll work with you to build a treatment plan that actually fits you—your goals, your quirks, your reality.
Whole-Person Focus: You’re not a walking diagnosis. I look at the full picture—your mind, body, history, and environment—because they all matter.
A Safe Place to Be a Mess: Healing doesn’t require perfection. Come as you are. I’ll meet you there with honesty, warmth, and maybe a little well-placed dark humor.
What You Might be Feeling
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and we’re here to help.
"Everything feels urgent and overwhelming, so I end up doing nothing."
"Time either flies by or drags painfully — there’s no middle ground."
"I can’t turn my brain off — it’s always running worst-case scenarios."
"My brain is always running — it’s like a browser with 30 tabs open."
"When I’m into something, I really get into it. When I’m not, it feels impossible."
"Even getting out of bed feels like too much sometimes."
The Services
-
(AKA: Why You Might Be Here at 3 a.m. after Googling some symptoms)
Mental health doesn’t always show up in neat little categories. Sometimes it’s loud and obvious—like panic attacks that hit out of nowhere. Sometimes it’s quieter—like chronic exhaustion, brain fog, or feeling like you’re faking being a functioning adult. Whatever it looks like for you, I’m here to help make sense of it and help you create a plan to work on it.
Here’s some of what I treat:
ADHD & Executive Function Challenges
Can’t focus, can’t sit still, can’t find your keys—and somehow also forgot to eat today? Yeah. I get it. I can help untangle the chaos and build systems that actually work for your brain.Anxiety Disorders
Whether it’s constant worry, social dread, panic attacks, or obsessive spirals, anxiety can be a shapeshifter. I’ll help you understand it, manage it, and stop it from running the show.Depressive Disorders
It’s more than just “being sad.” If getting out of bed feels like a Herculean task or you’re running on autopilot, I’m here to help you feel like you again. (Or maybe meet help you meet the real you for the first time.)Trauma & PTSD
Sometimes the bad things linger. I can help you work through the past without sugarcoating it—or letting it define your future.Bipolar Spectrum Disorders
Mood changes feeling like a lot more than just a “mood swing”? I will work with you to create stability and clarity, with compassion and no judgment.Stress, Burnout, & Big Life Shifts
Sleep, Mood, and General Overwhelm
Not sure if I treat what you’re dealing with? That’s okay. Reach out anyway. No pressure, no BS—just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

How I Work With You
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all operation. My job is to meet you where you are—with care that’s tailored, flexible, and grounded in real connection. Whether you’re just starting to explore your mental health or you’ve been on this ride for a while, I’m here to support you through it.
Here’s what that looks like:
Psychiatric Evaluation
We’ll start with a deep-dive session where I get to know you—your story, your symptoms, your patterns, your goals (even if you’re still figuring those out). This is where we begin laying the groundwork for your treatment plan.Personalized Treatment Planning
I don’t believe in cookie-cutter care. We’ll collaborate to figure out what actually works for your life—whether that includes medication, therapy, nervous system support, lifestyle tweaks, or a bit of everything.Medication Management
If meds are part of the plan, we’ll approach them with intention. I’ll help you find what works, track how you’re doing, and adjust as needed.Brief Psychotherapy
I’m not a therapist, but I am trained in a few evidence-based approaches for therapy (like CBT), and I use them to help you process, reframe, and make meaningful change.

Real, Rooted, and Evolving
Mental health care should feel like it fits—not like you’re trying to squeeze into something designed for someone else. My approach is comprehensive, flexible, and built around you.
Here’s what that actually means:
✅ Evidence-Informed, Not Cookie-Cutter
I use tools backed by research—psychiatric medications, psychotherapeutic strategies, and clinical judgment—but I also trust lived experience and intuition. Data matters. So does your gut.✅ Completely Individualized
You’re not a diagnosis. You’re a person. I tailor your care to your needs, goals, preferences, and pacing. If something stops working, we pivot. No ego, just partnership.✅ Holistic
We look beyond symptoms. Sleep, nervous system regulation, trauma history, relationships, nutrition, neurodivergence, identity—all of it impacts your mental health. We take it all into account.✅ Rooted in Growth
Relief is important. But I’m not here to “fix” what’s broken. I’m here to support your evolution—into someone who feels more grounded, more whole, and more like themselves. This isn’t set-it-and-forget-it care. It shifts, deepens, and grows as you do. And I’ll be right there with you while it does.
